Small-Batch 3D Printing
for Portland

Brackets, miniatures, prototypes, custom mounts. Small batch only — not a farm. We print one at a time, properly. Cured, washed, finished — not raw off the build plate.

What We Print

Filament, Resin, or Custom

Single parts, replacement brackets, prototypes, small runs. We're a 3D printing service Portland Oregon makers and small businesses use for one-off parts and short runs — PLA PETG printing Portland for functional gear, MSLA resin for detail work, custom 3D prints Portland Oregon for projects that don't exist on a shelf. Brackets you need yesterday — printed properly, not rushed.

Small batch only — we top out around 20 units per job.

The Process

File → Quote → Print → Done.

Send Your File

STL, OBJ, or 3MF — drop us a file with notes on material, size, and tolerance. No file yet? Sketch the part or send a photo; we can model it.

Quote + Schedule

Flat quote within one business day. We confirm material, layer height, and post-processing before we start. No surprise costs on pickup.

Print, Finish, Hand Off

Filament parts get supports removed and a light pass. Resin prints get washed, cured, and finished. Pickup or local drop — your call.

Why 3D Print PDX

Small batch. Done right.

We're not a print farm. Single jobs, small runs, prototypes, and replacement parts get the same care as the next. If a print fails, we reprint it. If a finish needs another pass, you get another pass.

FAQ

Common 3D Printing Questions

Straight answers about materials, files, and turnaround. See the full FAQ for more.

Are you a 3D printing service Portland Oregon residents can actually pick up from?

Yes. We do local pickup or drop-off across the Portland metro — Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Tualatin, Gresham, and surrounding cities. No shipping wait, no carrier damage, no lost packages. Most jobs are ready within a few business days of quote approval.

Do you handle custom 3D prints Portland Oregon for prototypes and small batches?

Yes — that's exactly our wheelhouse. Single parts, 5–20 unit small batches, prototypes, jigs, replacement brackets, custom mounts. We're not a print farm. If a print fails, we reprint it; if the fit isn't right, we tweak and reprint.

What's the difference between PLA PETG printing Portland and resin?

PLA and PETG are filament (FDM) — strong, dimensionally accurate, good for functional parts, brackets, and replacement pieces. PETG handles heat and outdoor use better than PLA. Resin (MSLA) prints at much higher detail, ideal for miniatures, jewelry blanks, and architectural models — but parts are more brittle. We help you pick the right material during the quote.

Can you print from just a sketch if I don't have an STL file?

Often, yes. For simple shapes — brackets, mounts, replacement clips — we can model from a sketch, photo, or measurements. Modeling time gets quoted separately and you approve it before we start. Complex organic shapes (figures, sculptures) usually need an existing STL or a paid modeling pass.

What file formats do you accept and what's your build volume?

STL, OBJ, and 3MF preferred. Filament (FDM) build volume is ~220×220×250mm. Resin (MSLA) is ~190×120×250mm. Larger parts can sometimes be split and bonded — we'll flag that in the quote.
